Catalog and orders

The catalog displays product styles and listed prices in USD; the written quote confirms availability for a selected configuration. Images show the selected style and color; materials, measurements and fit details are available on request. Taxes and shipping are not included in listed prices and are confirmed before an order is accepted. A submitted inquiry is a request to discuss an order, not an automatic purchase. We confirm selected items, specifications, availability, shipping, taxes, delivery estimate and return terms in a written quote. After the customer accepts the quote, we issue a Stripe Invoice for payment on Stripe’s hosted invoice page. We arrange dispatch after payment is confirmed.

Product rights and accuracy

We intend to list only goods we are authorized to sell. No third-party brand affiliation is claimed unless expressly stated and supported. We may correct errors or decline an inquiry if an item cannot be sourced or accurately described. Customers should not submit payment card details through the inquiry form or email.

Customer responsibilities

Provide accurate contact and delivery information when arranging a purchase. Do not misuse the site or interfere with its operation. Website text, design and owned imagery may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
